WeWork South Africa needed one connected system, not three disconnected tools — a public site, a members portal, and a staff platform, built to scale as the community grew. Everything custom, nothing templated. We led strategy, UX, design, and full-stack development across all three: a public website wired into events and rewards data, a secure members portal for bookings and RSVPs, and a staff Workstation for managing content and events.
